The Mission

Ever since I was a little girl, I was alone with my books. when my life was turning upside down and my siblings were distant, I spent my days immersed in fantasy worlds of fairies and wars, or dystopian fairy tales with new endings. I'd have pretend drama and friendships with my dolls and eventually found myself in music and sculpting. always of lover of the arts I want to create the archive to be a platform of welcoming support to every new and aspiring author and artist out there, for the little girl who wrote her first story and was scared to read it out loud or hid her paintings because she thought no one would “get it”. The archive will be that place.  About a year ago I was starting my senior year of high school, with two friends no weekend plans, I started making video essays. Little secrets of my empty time alone. While showing my ceramics teacher, he suggested that I post them. At the time it was such an egregious idea That I could Put myself out there like that and share these parts of myself that I've spent so much time alone with. But then I started to think, how many other people have infinite lonely weekends? Or spiral into rabbit holes of interests that they may have? The goal of the archive is to be a place where everyone can put themselves out there and find new interests or communities.
